How the relationship works
SusuTerbang supplies the distributor; the distributor then handles their own downstream relationships and pricing. Terms are worked out directly with your distribution business, not off a fixed rate card — tell us what you supply and to whom, and we'll figure out fit and pricing together.
How ordering works
Every enquiry is confirmed personally on WhatsApp by the business owner (within 24 hours (WhatsApp), no automated/instant confirmation yet). Minimum order for business accounts is 3 cartons. Pay by Bank transfer or DuitNow QR. No e-invoicing is issued yet. Same-day dispatch is normally not possible after approximately 3pm. Delivery covers Klang Valley only. Most business customers set up a standing order with us instead of arranging terms every time — ask us about it when you message on WhatsApp.
