Who we are

farmfreshmilkdelivery.my is operated by Iris Ideal Resources, trading as SusuTerbang, No 7, Pangsapuri Alam Budiman, Persiaran Pulau Lumut, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor. These terms govern orders placed with SusuTerbang and use of this website.

How ordering works

farmfreshmilkdelivery.my itself does not have its own shopping cart or on-site checkout. Every "Chat on WhatsApp" link takes you to WhatsApp to order directly with the business owner. Orders are confirmed manually, in that WhatsApp conversation — there is currently no automated order confirmation. Where a "Shop online instead" link appears on this site, it takes you to shop.susuterbang.com, a separate online store operated independently of this site; these terms do not cover orders placed there.

• Household (B2C) orders: no minimum order quantity.
• Business (B2B) orders: minimum 3 cartons.

Enquiries and orders are currently handled directly by the business owner; there is no separate customer service team at this time.

Pricing

Prices are not published on this website. Current pricing for any product is confirmed directly with you over WhatsApp at the time you place an order.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer
• DuitNow QR

Payment details are shared and confirmed with you directly over WhatsApp.

Delivery coverage

We currently deliver within Klang Valley only, using on-demand courier (Lalamove) booked per order from whichever of our hubs is nearest to your delivery address:

• Shah Alam, Selangor
• Putrajaya
• Bandar Sri Damansara
• Klang, Selangor

Within 15km of any hub, Lalamove fee is calculated from that nearest hub — typically the cheapest available rate for that address.

Elsewhere within Klang Valley, delivery is still available; Lalamove fee is calculated from the nearest hub regardless of distance, so cost rises the further the address is from every hub.

Areas outside Klang Valley are not currently served.

Fulfilment and dispatch

Fulfilment depends on stock availability at the stockist or hub nearest to your delivery address. Same-day dispatch is not normally possible after approximately 3pm.

Delivery is booked as an ad-hoc courier trip for each order — deliveries are not scheduled or batched on a fixed run.

Changes and cancellations

Because orders are confirmed manually and courier pickup is booked per order, any change or cancellation should be raised directly over WhatsApp as early as possible. Once a courier has been booked for dispatch, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Product issues

We do not currently publish a formal returns or refund policy on this site. If there is a problem with your order — for example, a damaged delivery — contact us over WhatsApp as soon as possible and we will look into it directly with you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, SusuTerbang is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from a delivery delay outside our reasonable control (for example, courier or traffic disruption). Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our order and delivery process changes. Any update will be published on this page.
